Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, execute and document, project assignments in compliance with committed timelines and project goals, and as per established governance policies and procedures.
∎ Prepare schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned projects.
∎ Coordinate technical meetings with internal/external customers as well as support services, (suppliers and contract vendors) to facilitate the development and execution of assigned projects.
∎ Partner with customer(s) and project staff to properly identify and process scope, changes, address issues, communicate regarding project milestones, etc.
∎ Track performance and analyze the completion of key goals.
∎ Document and report project progress to stakeholders and clients.
∎ Develop and maintain required validation and project management documents
∎ Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.
∎ Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD
∎ Advanced MS Office skills (especially MS Excel, MS Project, MS Power Point, MS Word etc.)
∎ Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
∎ Project management and supervision skills
∎ Decision making ability and leadership skills
∎ Good organizational skills, writing skills, presentation and communication skills
∎ Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
∎ Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast-paced work environment with strict deadlines.
∎ Ability to travel as needed
