Educational Requirements:
∎ MSc / BSc in Materials and Metallurgical Engineering (MME)/ Metallurgy / Material Science from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To work with production, Process, QC team if required.
∎ To work for product certifications, standards and patents.
∎ Material Selection and process design, Material testing, characterization, property identification, failure analysis.
∎ Manage and organize plant operations.
∎ Establish project goals and priorities by collaborating with all concern departments.
∎ Transfer new technologies, products and process in to the company.
∎ Monitor team metrics and objectives ensuring meeting of goals.
∎ Investigate new technologies & working for innovation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Basic knowledge of metallurgical processes (Heat Treatment, Brazing, Welding, Die casting, Deep Drawing).
∎ Basic knowledge on material identification through reverse engineering (Candidate will have to demonstrate with some simple case analysis during interview).
∎ Work experience in any R&D department will be given preference.
∎ Must have practical knowledge on Aluminum tube processing.
∎ Professional experience in CAD.
∎ Sound knowledge on metal and plastic properties.
∎ Confident appearance and strong communication skills.
