Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed Public University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Must have knowledge of HVAC systems including AHUs, FCUs, chillers, cooling towers, heat recovery units, lifts, fire detection and protection, generator and substation maintenance works.
∎ Professional proficiency in Auto CAD (2D and 3D).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure daily operation and maintenance of all Mechanical and HVAC works for assigned commercial and residential buildings of Epyllion Group.
∎ Ensure execution, monitoring and controlling of all mechanical works of assigned commercial and residential apartments, meeting triple constraints (time, cost, and quality).
∎ Coordinate with the electrical and civil team with all related project and maintenance activities at assigned commercial and residential apartments.
∎ Responsible for effective planning and implementation of preventive and periodic maintenance schedules for all electro-mechanical equipment.
∎ Ensure smooth coordination among all stakeholders to execute maintenance work plan.
∎ Responsible for preparing and updating all mechanical spare parts lists with close coordination with the MCD section.
∎ Plan, design, and execute Air-Conditioning System’s works for the company's retail outlet projects.
∎ Support Company's Retail Outlets with operation and maintenance of mechanical services (FPS, AC, lift, etc.).
∎ Ensure and manage compliance and safety standards, while executing works at sites and reduce safety issues or incidents to zero.
∎ Carry out any other job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicant having experience in the following area(s) will add an advantage: Commercial Building Maintenance, Project Management, etc.
∎ The applicant having skills in the following area(s) will add an advantage: MS Project, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, AutoCAD, Report Writing, Presentation Preparation, etc.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) and presentation skills.
∎ Positive work ethics and result-oriented mindset for assigned responsibilities.
