Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting work in the Civil Engineering Department for land development
∎ Regular report to Chief Engineer about the work progress
∎ Must known about pre and post measurement work with the development of land by using technological machineries
∎ Experience in design, measurement, analysis and implementation work for land.
∎ Lead the team
∎ Strong knowledge about Land Development.
∎ The incumbent shall be responsible for all Civil Engineering works and construction works of the land/project.
∎ Day-to-day management of the group, including supervising and monitoring the labor and providing RAW materials requisition to supply chain through proper channel
∎ Bill checking, estimation & wastage control and report to head.
∎ Brief Knowledge on all types of finishing works. Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
∎ Ensuring technical documentation and procedural documentation are kept up to date
∎ To review progress of works at various stages
∎ Updates about land and develop it as necessary requirements

∎ Age at least 40 years
