Engineering Firms, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Steel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to generate inquiry from potential customers and to grow the business.
∎ Overall Sales Management.
∎ Meet Monthly, Yearly Sales Target and track performance on a monthly basis.
∎ Drive towards new customer development in RMG, Industrial and other Segment.
∎ Work for PEB & Steel Structure sales.
∎ Maintain & follow up with each & every customer query, actual requirement, offer and scope details. Regular follow up for deal closure of pending offers.
∎ Follow-up with project department for timely completion and handover of individual and project sales. Ensure and monitor timely bills submission (where ever it is required) and realization of payment within the stipulated time.
∎ Derive customer satisfaction & confidence aligned with Confidence Group.
∎ Follow up with finance department as well as with customer for overdue receivable collection.
∎ Always follow-up with existing customers.
∎ Endeavor for self-development and take the expanded role.
∎ Make efforts for new segment and new market development.
∎ Prepare a Good Database for all Clients.
∎ Ensure continues improvement in all key performance areas.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2/3 years hands-on experience in direct sales of PEB, Steel Structure and able to explain customer critical technical specification of product to enhance sales drive and improve sales volume.
∎ Strong analytical ability, planning, presentation skill, negotiation skill, computer literacy, ability to work under stress, able to travel extensively and team player mentality.
