Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Telecommunication preferred or equivalent working experience
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing optical transmission network to ensure network availability & to improve the quality of the network.
∎ Preparing and maintaining procedures and documentation for network inventory and recording diagnosis and resolution of network faults.
∎ Communicating effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative technical solutions
∎ Infrastructure inventory management.
∎ Updating infrastructure database.
∎ Preparing and planning for new Fiber/Radio coverage zone & POP.
∎ Analyzing team members' work reports & take action on it to upgrade their performance.
∎ Coordinate with NTTN.
∎ Fiber/radio link site survey, Installation & Troubleshoot work.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Should be experienced in the following areas (s): Technical support & ISP relevant fields, FTTx network hand on experience.
∎ Able to work in a stressful environment maintaining calm;
∎ Problem Analysis and Problem-Solving;
