Job Context:
∎ The Process Sr. Engineer/ Engineer will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong and long-lasting culture of continuous improvement. The ideal person will deliver continuous improvement, monitoring process actions throughout the H2O2 production facility while serving as the Subject-Matter Expert on Continuous Improvement. This position reports directly to Plant in Charge- H2 O2 and is located at Chattogram- SCCL Plant.
∎ The role has regular contact with plant Production, Maintenance, HR & Admin, Quality, Delivery, Store and other interfacing other functions within the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform shift handover formalities from the peer with detail of concern plant operation status.
∎ Perform Field round to check the physical parameter, Rotating device (Electrical & Mechanical) & vessel.
∎ Check all the parameters from the DCS & take the necessary action by consulting with the supervisor for the plant as required.
∎ Perform individual units' operations & ensure fill-up of the log sheet hourly basis based on the online parameter for any abnormalities report to the supervisor.
∎ Supervise and monitor field operators' activities and performance outcomes by ensuring workplace safety.
∎ Perform plant start-up and shut down as & when required complying the necessary checklist.
∎ Ensure expert assistance to Plant In Charge on Process design and development activities to add value to the role.
∎ Any other assignment as advised by Plant In Charge.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Business Acumen, Attention to Detail, Analytical Mind, Operational Leadership are the desired competencies for the role.
