Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in EEE/ETE/ECE/CSE from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the establishment and ownership of transmission service delivery.
∎ Responsible for providing direction and value- add to the TX network design, deployment and capacity delivery to MNOs and ICX/IGWs.
∎ Responsible for Integration and Commissioning of Bahon DWDM NEs in NMS
∎ 24*7 support according to the demand of Bahon Limited.
∎ Actively and proactively maintaining whole DWDM network and service commissioning, cut over and network tuning needed to be done based on the company requirements.
∎ Responsible for PAT and Vendor communication for traffic migration and service matrix assurance.
∎ Maintaining Transmission Network Server and NMS.
∎ Collaborate with NOC Team for primary and secondary level support.
∎ Responsible for traffic migration during downtime window (Off-Peak Hour, Night time is preferred).
∎ Responsible for establishing and owning the operational requirements for transmission fault and performance monitoring and take initiative to rectify in time.
∎ Responsible for identifying opportunities to optimize transmission services and activities to reduce impact to customers, improve transmission resilience, reliability and performance
∎ Proactively co-ordinate and ensure compliance to operations service requirements through deployment and program activities to minimize and mitigate outage during fiber cut.
∎ Responsible to prepare documentation and overall network architecture against existing and future design.
∎ The selected personnel will take ownership of operational and maintenance requirements for transmission both internally and externally working directly with all vendors and shareholders. Ensure risk and issues are identified, managed, mitigated and escalated if required.
∎ Establish excellent working relationships with the Shareholders and other functional teams. Manage expectations both upwards to senior management and outwards to vendors and clients.
∎ Assist the identification and resolution of daily troubleshooting raising escalations as required.
∎ Support other functional teams as required - Programme, Procurement, Finance, Property etc.
∎ Working with the MNOs, ISPs, IGWs, Vendors and team members - proactively identify and propose alternative or more efficient ways of working, constantly striving for best practice and excellent execution.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Having 4 to 5 years Hands on experience in Optical Network (DWDM) .
∎ SDH and IP Knowledge will be considered as plus point
Salary: Negotiable
