Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in ME / IPE / MME / MSE from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Die Casting, Experience in Steel and Metal Fabrication, MELTING CASTING OF ALUMINIUM

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain production of various parts by Die Casting with zero delay and zero customer claim.
∎ Follow up Die-Casting Machine, Mold setup, Die-Casting Finishing, Injection Machine and different CNC Machines.
∎ Monitoring and checking the accuracy of Hot & Cold Chamber Die Casting Machine.
∎ Checking the quality of mold for die-casting, raw materials and final product.
∎ Develop and implement procedures to improve production efficiency and reduce waste.
∎ Developing, updating and maintaining the SOP for all machinery and equipment.
∎ Making Production Schedule, Capacity Study, Time Study and Target & handle manpower with proper efficiency.
∎ Maintaining liaison and coordinate with the others department to support uninterrupted production
∎ Fettling free casting establishment.
∎ Documentation Follow Up Using Oracle ERP Software.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Must be experienced in Die Casting.
∎ Capable of handle large capacity die casting machine / plant.
∎ Basic knowledge in Solid Works and Auto cad Drawing.
∎ Proficiency in basic metallurgy.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
