∎ Minimum B.Sc degree in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall construction and supervision of your projects.
∎ Oversee the direct construction from conception to completion
∎ Review the project in-detail to create Bar-chart, schedule deliverables and estimate costs
∎ Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
∎ Coordinate with direct construction workers and subcontractors
∎ Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
∎ Meet contractual conditions of performance
∎ Review the work progress on daily basis
∎ Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
∎ Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
∎ Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses
∎ Analyse, manage and mitigate risks
∎ Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ At least 10-15 year(s), Retired Engineer from PWD or National Housing Authority with required experience will be given preference.
∎ Sound working knowledge with proven experience on Fair Face Casting and high rise building.
∎ Sound working knowledge with proven experience on multi basement construction and finishing work.
∎ Proven working experience in construction management
∎ Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
∎ Expert knowledge of building products, construction details with BOQ and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
∎ Understanding of all facts of the construction process
∎ Familiarity with construction management software packages
∎ Competent in conflict and crisis management
∎ Candidate should have the ability to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent time and project management skills.
