Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Project Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers & vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
∎ Interior Design Expertise: Demonstrate sound knowledge of modern interior design, materials, & estimation, including wood, metal, glass, paint, electrical, sanitary, & civil works.
∎ BOQ & Budgeting: Prepare detailed BOQs, work schedules, material requisitions & cost estimates for interior projects.
∎ Maintenance Oversight: Plan, schedule & supervise preventive & corrective maintenance of machinery, electrical, mechanical, & HVAC systems.
∎ Team Leadership: Assign tasks, monitor performance & mentor team members to meet departmental objectives.
∎ Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety, health, environmental, and regulatory standards, conducting safety training & inspections.
∎ Project Monitoring: Track daily, weekly & monthly project progress and prepare reports for management.
∎ Cost Management: Monitor costs, identify savings opportunities & manage maintenance budgets effectively.
∎ Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools to minimize downtime.
∎ Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors for procurement, repairs & maintenance contracts.
