Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare the Product Spread-Sheet, USP guideline, Business·
∎ Development & Execution Plan for new Market entry for Multi Destination.·
∎ Help plan and deliver the annual development and marketing plan for Multi Destination Direct Market.·
∎ Increase the pipeline and to exceed recruitment and sales targets across the country with the support of the other Team for student sourcing.
∎ Work with the Admissions and Student Advice teams to optimize lead nurturing activity and improve conversion rates for the Multi Destination Universities.·
∎ Have to be one-stop problem solution for overall Bangladesh Direct Multi Destination students.
∎ First, reach out to prospective students and their families through face-to-face interactions or various media channels like cell phones, WhatsApp, and social media. Provide them with accurate information and assign them to a counselor or the call center team as needed.·
∎ Initiate Office Development & Team Recruitment & Team Training & Team Development plan for a short-term plan for next 1 year & followed by long-term plan for next 5 years.·
∎ Achieve targets for Multi Destination Direct Team in Bangladesh, in partnership with the specialist Student Recruitment Teams & Business Development Team.·
∎ Grow new student recruitment in Bangladesh through the development and institutional relationships, in line with the agreed sales and marketing strategy.·
∎ Regular & timely communicate & coordinate with the prospective universities & their representatives to build strong relationship.·
∎ Work as a Team Leader to drive revenue through sales planning and senior relationships at head office level with nominated key accounts.·
∎ Increase conversion rates against target through each stage of the recruitment process from initial enquiry to enrolment.·
∎ Develop new and alternative channel strategies where applicable.·         Plan and implement successful recruitment and marketing campaigns in Bangladesh via activities and events (including arranging for senior academic staff to travel in support of these events), stakeholder engagement, and social and digital media campaigns, working closely with the marketing team.·
∎ Work closely with the other Branch Managers & Regional Manager where relevant.·
∎ Provide regular market and sales report on activity to key stakeholders across OTL International.·
∎ Provide market research, feedback and analysis to inform regional sales strategy and the sales and marketing strategy for each brand.·
∎ Rollout and manage the partner & agent remuneration schemes in Bangladesh and the scholarships and bursaries plan, within budget.·
∎ Build strong relationships with all the Front Office Team, Business Development Team and Group Operation teams (student services, admissions, sales support etc) to ensure the highest levels of customer service, efficiency and problem resolution.

∎ Strategic planning for future development is a key part of this job description, since it's responsibility to develop the pipeline of new Multi Destination business brining into the company. This requires thorough knowledge of the marketplace and of the company's competitors.
