Job Context:
∎ It`s a full time Job
∎ Working hour :
∎ For Both Male & Female :
∎ Shift A : 12PM - 9PM
∎ Shift B : 10AM - 7PM
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answering phones professionally, courteously and promptly.
∎ Discussing client's requirements and provide advice on worldwide destinations and flights.
∎ Visa related file process in different Embassy.
∎ Managing relationships with Travel Agencies,Tour Operators,Corporate Clients.
∎ Deal with disciplinary matters and customer complaints.
∎ Diagnose the client's specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services.
∎ Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc.
∎ Create and update electronic records of clients.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing / potential clients.
∎ Prepare report as required by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Customer Care, Customer Service, Customer Support through Phone, Travel Agent,Tour Operator.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Call Center, Travel Agent,Tour Operator.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 18000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ After Provisional Time Salary will Increase
Incentive will be added with Basic Salary.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Credit card, Performance bonus, Profit share
∎ Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 1
∎ Foreign & Local Tour will be provided as per company policy.
