Responsibilities & Context:

• Provide expert counselling to students and parents regarding overseas education opportunities, including universities, courses, scholarships, and admission processes.

• Assess student profiles, guide them in selecting suitable study destinations, and create academic/career roadmaps.

• Handle end-to-end admission support: application preparation, document checking, SOP/LOR guidance, and follow-up with universities.

• Advise students on English proficiency tests (IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, Duolingo) and other entry requirements.

• Maintain updated knowledge of admission policies, deadlines, and visa regulations for major study destinations (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.).

• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.

• Work closely with the business development team to achieve monthly and yearly enrollment targets.

• Provide training and mentorship to junior counsellors when required.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, applications, and outcomes in the company’s CRM system.

• Represent the company in seminars, fairs, and promotional events as needed.

• Ensure excellent client service with professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards.

• Achieve a minimum of 5 confirmed student admissions per month (varies by season/intake).

• Ensure at least a 60% conversion ratio from counselling to application submission.

• Contribute to reaching the branch’s quarterly revenue and admission goals.

• Generate and maintain a personal pipeline of 20–30 active student leads per month.

• Assist in achieving company’s overall Monthly/Yearly student placement target.
