Job Responsibilities:
∎ Counsel students regarding any issue or any query of studying abroad
∎ Counselor should have Positive helping attitude towards all clients
∎ Convince to clients by telemarketing with motivational capability.
∎ The Counselor should have Patience, time knowledge and team work capability
∎ Ability to take challenge to achieve the target.
∎ Will have to work at our office in Dhaka. But the candidate must be ready to travel anywhere in Bangladesh as per company policy.
∎ Attend students face to face/via phone/email enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Handling in-office as well as enquiries by phone and online platforms such as WhatsApp, Face book etc. and convert these enquiries into applications and admissions.
∎ MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Internet Browsing, E-mailing, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Writing Website Educational Post, Writing Educational Post for Facebook Promotion, Graphics Designing,
∎ Handling phone calls, answering queries of all the students, updating the database of the contact details, performing in terms of follow-up actions for the phone enquiries etc.
∎ Strong ability to convince students and fill up monthly target
∎ Follow up student enquiries, requests or complaints and provide information and assistance as required.
∎ Support and be active in education exhibition, fair, and seminar.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Service, Education Counseling, Education Marketing
∎ The applicant should have experience in the following area : Education counseling, Consulting firms
∎ Fresher's are also encouraged to apply
∎ Smart Looking and always smiling face.
∎ Should be Target Oriented & Self Motivated.
∎ Strong communication skill in English and Bengali is mandatory.
∎ Sound knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, Adobe Photoshop, Internet Browsing etc.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
∎ Providing proper dates to conduct various events like admission day, Education Fair, Virtual Education Fair, and any other activities.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary is negotiable based on the candidate`s skills, experiences, and work commitments.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Very good Commission will be provided based on file.
∎ Increment after 1 year of successful job and soon.
∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus,
∎ Festival Bonus: 2 (yearly)
∎ Other benefit as per company policy.
