Job Context:
∎ Minimum B.Sc (Honor`s) in Civil Engineering from reputed University.
∎ Experience Requirements: 10 to 15 Years in reputed construction firm.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designs construction projects of the organization by analyzing project concept, architectural drawings, and models.
∎ Prepare engineering design by collecting and studying soil test reports, digital survey maps, drawings and other related topographical and geological data.
∎ Compute load and grade requirements, and material stress factors to determine design specifications.
∎ Confirms adherence to construction specifications and safety standards by monitoring project progress; inspecting construction site; verifying calculations and placements.
∎ Direct construction, operations, supervision and maintenance activities at project site.
∎ Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment & labor to determine project feasibility
∎ Ensure quality and proper measurement of materials on delivery at the project site and monitor the inventory.
∎ Ensure maximum utilization of construction materials available at site without any wastage.
∎ Test soils and materials to determine adequacy and strength of foundations, concrete, asphalt and steel.
∎ Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or program modifications and structural repairs to the authority.
∎ Contribute team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Ability to work maintaining schedule and within budgets
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
∎ Should have negotiating, supervisory and leadership skills
Salary:

∎ Must work well in team oriented, fast-paced environment and have experience in the field job.
Must be independently motivated and schedule-driven with a proven history of successful coordination and meeting deadlines and have a flexible schedule.
