Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure customer loyalty through the most efficient process execution
∎ o Deliver on "Easy for our client, efficient for us"
∎ o Execute efficient processes including policing accordance with global policies and SOPs
∎ o Responsible for full interaction with other functions for optimal efficiency, adherence to policies and pursuit of client experience.
∎ o Manage and drive adherence to global standardized processes and tasks
∎ o Look after day to day Customer Service & Documentation Issue
∎ o Represent Sealand to regulatory authority and stakeholders.
∎ o Maintain strong liaise with local authortity, stakeholders and keep concerned desks updated.
∎ o Possess a good knowledge over the marketplace and contribute to increase the market share.
∎ o Build up a good rapport customers, ask for more and share the business leads.
∎ o Exploring and coordinating the landside logistics opportunities for the company.
∎ o Oversee the location office administration and take care of all office management related activity.
∎ o Ensure customers telephone calls are attended promptly and efficiently and give feedback professionally.
∎ o Any ad hoc tasks assigned by the management
