∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering
∎ Candidates with B.Sc. Engineering from BUET, RUET, CUET, KUET, SUST will be given preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 16 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overseeing multiple projects to ensure the highest quality construction
∎ Establish 100% safety practices on site as per company standard
∎ Maintain project budget and schedule and adjust as needed
∎ Consult with management to establish various strategies and policies
∎ Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operation

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ 12-16 years' experience in fair face/as cast concrete/ site civil work/BOQ/Quality Control/Project Safety
∎ Familiar with BNBC and other related rules and regulations
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
∎ In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current issues
∎ Candidates with previous experience in real estate or reputed organizations will be given preference
