∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 3d max with vray rendering, AutoCAD, Interior and exterior Design, SketchUp
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm

∎ We are looking for an experienced candidate for an Architect/ Senior Architect position who will be able to work for both Building and Interior Solutions.
∎ The candidate will be responsible for full projects from the starting part to the end part. He will be also responsible for project and construction management, project monitoring, and overall project coordination in both an effective & efficient manner.
∎ Candidates who have vast experience as an architect in any reputed Real Estate Company are highly encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of preparing details measurements, Drawing, Detailing of the lay-out plan, and design with Auto-CAD presentation/3D preparation as per requirements of the Company.
∎ Creating design and working drawing by computer-aided design (AutoCAD, Sketch up, V-ray Render, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, and other relevant Software)
∎ Preparing architecture Rajuk plans.
∎ Giving assistance & co-ordination with the Project Engineer & concerned person

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent proficiency in designing large scale residential projects

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Weekly 2 holidays
