Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of preparing Details Measurement, Working Drawing, Interior Designing & Detailing of Layout plans, Sketch Up, Sections, Elevations, AutoCAD presentation (Drafting), 2D preparation, 3D visualization as per requirements of the Project.
∎ Knowledge of drawing submission to different authorities for approval.
∎ Keeping a record of Project properly.
∎ Prepare BOQ & Specification as per design-drawing.
∎ Giving assistance & co-ordination with the Client, Project Supervisor, Engineer & concerned person.
∎ Maintain correspondence with Vendor's Firm.
∎ Maintain communication with Corporate Clients. Moreover meeting with clients to determine objectives and requirements for structures
∎ Have a general understanding of Aesthetics & Design.
∎ Excellent knowledge on Interior Materials.
∎ Follow up the project execution regular basis. (Visit work-sites to ensure that construction adheres to architectural plans).
∎ Dealing with problems that might come up during building.
∎ Prepare structure specifications.
∎ Other responsibilities to be assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s) (B. Architect).
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 3d Modeler, Architecture, Interior Design, Building Exterior Design.

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill.
∎ Festival Bonus: 2.
