Job Context:
∎ A group of company looking for Senior Architect which have joint venture project with foreign investors in
∎ construction for both residential, commercial, hotel and tourism throughout the country. The Company is
∎ looking for self-driven, enthusiastic, honest and morally strong personnel for its construction management
∎ department. Who have excellent track record and 12/15 years working experience in renowned real estate
∎ or multinational company. Should have highly innovative abilities and experience of working in the field level
∎ activities to get things done in real term.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Architectural planning & preparing preliminary architectural drawing.
∎ Special interest and experience in interior & design & implementation.
∎ Calculation of FAR, MGC, Seatback.
∎ Preparing sheet for RAJUK / Other Authorities.
∎ Clear concept on Interior & Exterior drawing & design and finishing material sourcing.
∎ To assist the team to prepare other designs like residential and commercial building assigned to the
∎ company.
∎ Prepare detailed working drawings of interior & exterior design of different type of buildings.
∎ Capable of preparing Details Measurement, Working Drawing, Interior Designing & Detailing of Layout
∎ plans, Sketch-Up, Sections, Elevations, Auto-CAD presentation (Drafting), 2D preparation 3D
∎ visualization as per requirements of the Project.
∎ Deliver drawings as per work schedule.
∎ Construction management in the field level.
∎ Site monitoring & supervision of architectural works as per design.
∎ Sound knowledge in Graphics design for brochures, banner and other graphical works.
∎ Any other architectural design-related duties assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Computer knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point & Project), Internet, 3d
∎ modeling software with render, graphics software for brochure, banner works must.
∎ Working experience in Real Estate / Architecture Firm under a senior Architect will be given extra preference.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
