∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Architecture

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for producing high quality project design deliverables in construction document. Must work on all phases of development including pre-design, design development, construction document & construction administration.
∎ Reviewing and designing architectural and engineering plan.
∎ Providing guidance to sub-contractors like builders, plumbers, electrician and helping them interpret design specifications.
∎ Ensuring the team work together to achiever get goals and targets.
∎ Acting as a mater to new architects and helping them fine tune design skills and improve knowledge.
∎ Proficient in CAD, AutoCAD, Design, Site Development, Database Design, Planning, Conceptual, Legal Compliance, Drafting, Problem Solving.
∎ Prepare project briefing for sales with necessary architectural insight.
∎ Design, development and modification.
∎ Pursue and collect Architectural conceptual design from the consultants and provide innovative feedback for necessary modification on the conceptual design and internal layout.
∎ Check and finalize authority drawings and submit for necessary approval.
∎ Review working drawing for error free construction work.
∎ Playing a part in project and team management travelling regularly to building sites, proposed locations and client meetings
∎ Proficient in CAD, AutoCAD, Design, Site Development, Database Design, Planning, Conceptual, Drafting, Problem Solving.
∎ Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during Construction.

Salary: Negotiable
