∎ B.Arch. from any reputed Institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to prepare Interior/ Architectural Design Concept, Creative Layout Plan, Elevation, Detail Working drawing, Furniture Layout by Auto CAD and 3D Visualization by Sketch up/ 3D MAX, V-Ray and Photoshop.
∎ Sound knowledge in Modern Interior-Exterior Design & Drawing.
∎ Drawing preparing as per the requirement with project visit.
∎ Meet clients to present proposed designs.
∎ Must be punctual in discharging duties and responsibilities.
∎ Proficient time management to facilitate working on multiple project simultaneously
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 7 years working experience in the relevant field
∎ The applicant must have IAB full membership.
∎ Computer Skill:
∎ AutoCAD
∎ Adobe Photoshop
∎ Adobe Illustrator
∎ 3d studio Max
∎ V-ray
∎ MS Office
