Job Responsibilities:
∎ Professional ability to manage clients, under requirement and visualize the design and stories that's best fit for both Bproperty and client;
∎ Ability to suggest and create design guidelines and have the complete interior and design guideline ready;
∎ Manage the interior team for full delivery of the projects;
∎ The incumbent must enjoy interacting with clients and also manage sales calls;
∎ Will be able to constantly train the internal team of Architects , material experts and others to get better and create the most professional Interior Team in the country;
∎ Assist in the generation of Bill of Quantities (BoQ) for design and installation services.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Full Member of Architecture Association;
∎ Competency to work on projects / Time bound tasks and delivery;
∎ Advanced technical, Online, Computer application and Communication skills;
∎ A track record of following through on commitments and take on challenges;
∎ Ability to work independently and with others.
