Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and interior design software.
∎ In-depth knowledge of local construction practices, materials, and FF&E sourcing.
∎ Leadership, client management, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead architecture and interior design projects from concept to completion.
∎ Develop technical drawings, BOQs, and material palettes
∎ Manage client presentations, approvals, and regulatory compliance (RAJUK, IAB, BNBC).
∎ Supervise construction and interior fit-out work on-site.
∎ Guide junior architects/designers and collaborate with engineers, contractors, and vendors.
∎ Ensure projects align with budget, timeline, and design standards.
