Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist sales team in capturing new business opportunities and pitching new services to prospective clients. Collaborate with the sales team to build a winning strategy.
∎ Prepare technical design and documents in response to requests for information (RFI), requests for proposals (RFP), etc.
∎ Build Bill of Quantities (BOQ)/ Bill of Materials (BoM), Costing Analysis, SOW’s, solution design, High-level design (HLD), and Visio’s.
∎ Walk Customers through demos/POC based on common scenarios
∎ Collaborate and integrate the knowledge and feedback from the organization's technical division.
∎ Prepare and deliver client presentations, package business solutions, and develop marketing collateral to foster the organization's sales efforts.
∎ Gather market, customer, and competition info enabling competitive product positioning, prices, delivery, and specifications
∎ Educate internal team on latest technology trends, availability, and offerings.
∎ Help management in forthcoming solution portfolio and trend
∎ Coordinate and liaison with all employees, departments, key clients to provide supports;
∎ Become the trusted technical advisor for our strategic customers
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 37 years
∎ Both males and third genders are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced with basic Systems Technologies design/architect.
∎ Experience with RFP/RFI writing and responding to commercial/government RFP documents.
∎ Clarifying a client's system specifications, understanding their work practices and the nature of their business.
∎ A firm, technical grasp of cross-industry Enterprise IT infrastructures and of the day-to-day concerns business stakeholders with an ability to position the unique value of a Systems solution to each potential client's business/infrastructure issues.
∎ Able to relay technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel.
∎ Aware of cloud services and building a degree of technical expertise in this area.
∎ Training & Certification on Products and Solution from Dell, EMC, HPE, Nutanix, RH, Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, Veem, etc related.
∎ Deep Knowledge of infrastructure and Design Experience: A solution pre-sales resource should be proficient in system solution designs. He or she has to always balance the TCO/ROI using their designs.
∎ Strong knowledge of consultancy services on Infrastructure, Server, Storage, Network, Web & DNS, Application, Database & Email Services, Security concerns
∎ Knowledge of System and Solutions products, such as Cisco, Dell EMC, HPE, Vmware, Nutanix, Veem, etc.
∎ Solid technical support experience in large scale projects and mission-critical infrastructures is an advantage
∎ Good presentation skills in both English and Bangla, and proficiency in writing the technical proposal in English
∎ Direct connectivity with related OEMs
∎ Proactive and can work independently or as a team
∎ Experience in using MS Office, CRM & ERP
∎ Flexible for office timing, traveling and maintain liaison, etc. and ready to work under pressure
∎ Meet up KPI-based target to be given which are the key job indicators and performance will be reviewed and monitored all the time.
