∎ Training/Trade Course: Xero,Microsoft Office
∎ Skills Required: MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting and Finance, Accounting Software
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Engineering Firms, Real Estate, Steel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain the whole accounting system in both modern (e.g. accounting software) and conventional (e.g. Ledger book etc.) approaches.
∎ Prepare & disburse TA/DA bill of all technicians & deliverymen from the accounts department's end.
∎ Prepare all types of accounting reports and submit them to top management within the stipulated time.
∎ Must be able to regularly prepare & maintain vouchers for all transactions with proper support and a good filing system.
∎ Ensuring the entry towards xero software of all transactions.
∎ Any other task is given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 38 years
∎ Only third genders are allowed to apply
∎ Both males and females can apply
∎ At least one-year practical experience in any reputed organization
∎ Must be Honest, Sincere, Punctual, and Disciplined.
∎ Strong Excel and database skills.
∎ Good computer skills including use of medium complexity on Xero or accounting systems.
