∎ Minimum HSC ( Army/Navy/Air force retired person (Sergeant to JCO) will be given preference).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Security Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cement Industry, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Pharmaceuticals, Sanitary ware, Tiles/Ceramic
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To secure the company’s assets and property with full concentration.
∎ To save the company from any miscreants with dedication.
∎ To ensure proper maintenance of security gears like CCTV, Archway, Metal Detector, Walky-talky etc.
∎ In any emergency situation & undertake other task as he may be directed to perform by the superior employee.
∎ Look after overall Factory Security & Safety.
∎ Able to handle/manage large number of security force.
∎ Assist to Security In charge to prepare the Duty roster as per requirement.
∎ Able to Guard distribution & monitoring them.
∎ Training conducts & develops security measure.
∎ Maintaining proper locking system.
∎ Ensure Man, Machine & Materiel safety for whole factory premises.
∎ Control & Communicate with proper channel during any incident.
∎ Able to follow any instruction/order by the Management.
∎ Able to control over the security department.
∎ Responsible for organizing the security department.
∎ To take adequate precautionary measures to ensure safety & security of the Men & Materials of the company.
∎ To ensure proper deployment of the security personnel and take care of the internal security.
∎ To keep the higher authority to inform of the overall.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have to stay at factory.
∎ Should have sound supervisory skills.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ As per company policy
