Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all physical security measures in the different sites are operational and adequate.
∎ Periodically practice emergency response plan in all facilities.
∎ Ensure proper direction and coordination regarding the overall activities of the Security.
∎ Ensure the Security Personnel are performing duties sincerely, smartly and delicately.
∎ Maintain good relations with local law enforcing agencies.
∎ Pro-actively ensuring the protection of property and assets.
∎ Supervise management of Security guard. Ensure they are maintain their duty properly.
∎ Ensure regular patrol of interior and exterior of the building and properties and assets of the companies to establish and maintain full security control.
∎ Oversee whether records of entry and exit of visitors, materials, vehicles and other records as per requirement of the company.
∎ Weekly, monthly train up to guards regarding their duties & responsibility as a security.
∎ Preventing and detecting offenses on sites.
∎ Respond to and investigate all complaints or incidents related to security issues and report ensuring remedial actions
∎ To make weekly/monthly duty roster for the security guards.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Retired Police / Army Background is highly preferable.
∎ Coordinate to implement and maintain Security and other relevant policy.
∎ Age limit and Education may be relaxed for extraordinary candidates as per the discretion of the Management.
∎ Minimum 6-7 years job experience in a reputed Security Service company, Corporate Business House or with Security Contractor/Agency.
