Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline/HSC.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensures safety & security system of the entire Project.
∎ Identify probable Security threat & risk in each establishment to safe life and assets.
∎ Develops security management system to maintain safe work environment.
∎ Takes preventive action in respect of safety & security aspect as deemed necessary for the organization.
∎ Prepares duty roster of entire security staff & ensure their 24 hours duty.
∎ Leads, supervise & monitor the security personnel for ensuring zero incident/theft.
∎ Provide required regular training & counseling to security personnel and take necessary initiative to improve their quality security services.
∎ Establish and maintains an effective Security force for the protection and safety of employees, facilities, and assets of the Company.
∎ Promptly respond on all emergencies if arises and keep liaison with police, RAB and other Govt. Security Agencies.
∎ Ensure logistics support of security personnel to continue quality security system.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management for the benefit of the company.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in Security and Surveillance at day and night.
∎ Retired Army Officers or candidates having experience as Manager in Private Security Agency are eligible to apply.
∎ Physically well fit.
∎ Must be capable to ride (drive) Motorbike.
∎ Willingness to work in the company for long period.
∎ Candidates having security related certification, will be given preference.
∎ Good knowledge on information technology.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Candidate have to be Covid-19 vaccinated.
