Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Administration
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To monitor & supervise the overall management of Security personnel of the Company;
∎ To develop & implement security policies & procedures;
∎ To ensure proper checking of all types of vehicles;
∎ To ensure proper checking of employees at the time of entrance & exit;
∎ To train the new Security Guard and develop security awareness among all Security Personnel of the Company;
∎ To ensure the Security Personnel are performing duties sincerely, smartly, and dedicatedly;
∎ To make liaison with the emergency service, police, ambulance. and fire service to resolve issues and maintain security and service;
∎ Pro-actively ensuring the protection of properties/assets of the Company;
∎ Creating a safe and comfortable working environment for employee and visitors;
∎ Responding to emergency situation if any;
∎ Preventing and detecting offenses in sites;
∎ Making sure that no unauthorized personnel enter into Company area;
∎ Accurately updating administrative records and sheets;
∎ To ensure the morale of the Security Personnel;
∎ Accurately reporting all incidence to superior;
∎ To receive & take both local and foreign guest from main gate to the concern officials;
∎ Maintain and keep update different types of registers (Goods In/Out, Guard's Duty Roster, Vehicle, Officer's In/Out, Visitor, Key register, etc.);
∎ Any other task assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ English Language Proficiency.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Two festival bonus of basic salary.( If applicable)
∎ Yearly increment based on performance.
∎ Contributory provident fund.
∎ Medical facilities.
∎ Uniform will be provided by company
∎ Weekly day off and holiday as per Government & Tung Hing
