Job Context:
∎ REPORTS TO: Chairman/ Managing Director/ COO/ HRD.
∎ DEPARTMENT/SECTION: Human Resource Department.
∎ JOB LOCATION: Chattogram EPZ (CEPZ).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize and to monitor and ensure round the clock security & safety system of company premises.
∎ Plans and establish a functional on the job training program for security personnel, evaluate the effectiveness of the training by observation of the work performance.
∎ Monitor security policies, programs or procedures to ensure compliance with internal security policies, or applicable government security requirements, policies, and directives.
∎ Prepare and maintain all security related register and company operation related register.
∎ To monitor and management of CCTV & Vehicle tracking.
∎ Prepare reports or make presentations on internal investigations, losses, or violations of regulations, policies and procedures.
∎ Performs a continuous process of intelligence gathering on any security matters for assessment and action if necessary.
∎ Liaising with the emergency services, local administration (Police Station, RAB, Industrial Police & etc.)Ambulance, fire service dept. to resolve issues related to safety and security.
∎ Respond to medical emergencies, bomb threats, fire alarms, or intrusion alarms, following emergency response procedures.
∎ Maintain motivation and discipline of the security staff.
∎ To monitor & manage fire & safety Measures.
∎ Maintain a safe and secure environment for visitors and employees by establishing and enforcing security policies and procedures; supervising the security guard force.
∎ Protect company's assets and people from invasion and harm.
∎ Monitor and support security-related system for the employees & develop the system if needed.
∎ Report to HR, Admin & Compliance head for each & every incident/suspicious activities.
∎ Liaising with the emergency services, local administration (Police Station, RAB, Industrial Police & etc.)Ambulance, fire service dept. to resolve issues related to safety and security.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Preferred Retired Army/ Police/ Paramilitary/ Retired Sargent/ warrant officer.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following Area(s): Protocol, Security Management & Security Affair, Fire Management & Compliance.
∎ Excellent knowledge of security related documents for Compliance audit such as CTPAT/ISO/ISPS etc.
∎ Experience using relevant technology and equipment (e.g. CCTV)
∎ Excellent knowledge of Fire equipment, Training and responding to emergencies regarding Fire and other Incident.
∎ Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
