Job Summary:
We are looking for a disciplined, proactive, and experienced Security In-Charge to oversee and manage all security operations across our construction sites, residential premises, and offices. The candidate must have relevant experience in real estate or construction site security management, preferably with a background in armed forces, police, or corporate security.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage the overall security operations at project sites, offices, and completed properties
• Deploy and monitor security personnel (guards, supervisors) across all locations
• Prepare duty rosters, shift management, and emergency response protocols
• Conduct site inspections, ensure perimeter control, access log, and visitor management
• Train and guide guards in discipline, safety protocols, and site-specific SOPs
• Coordinate with project engineers and admin team to ensure materials, machinery, and property are protected
• Respond to any security breaches, incidents, or emergencies professionally
• Monitor and manage CCTV systems, entry barriers, and security equipment
• Liaise with local authorities, if needed, for law and order issues
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Education: Minimum HSC or Graduate; preference for candidates with military/police/security training
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years in site-level or real estate security operations
• Skills:
o Strong leadership, discipline, and team management skills
o Familiarity with construction site safety and access control procedures
o Capable of incident reporting, risk assessment, and quick decision-making
o Basic knowledge of CCTV and modern surveillance systems
• Personal Attributes:
o Physically fit, alert, and responsible
o Willing to travel or stay at multiple sites as per company requirements
o Assertive and respectful in handling workers, vendors, and visitors
