Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Safety and Security Management, Security Supervisor
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, Maintain & Ensure security & safety within the factory premises.
∎ Develop & implement security policies & procedures
∎ Liaison with local Govt. official/ Stakeholders/ law enforcement authorities/ related personnel to resolve problem as and when required.
∎ Ensuring the protection of properties/assets of the Company.
∎ Maintain regular visit to factories, Sites, premises and delivery point to ensure smooth operation of security system
∎ Monitoring and managing entrance and departure of employees, visitors and other persons to guard against any irregularities.
∎ Ensure effective CCTV monitoring system within the factory premises.
∎ Provide required regular training & counseling to security personnel and take necessary initiative to improve their quality security services.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Minimum 05 years’ experience in related field.
∎ Retired person from defense service will get preference.
∎ Good leadership, execution and teamwork skills with challenges encountering ability.
∎ Strong written and verbal communications skills.
∎ Sound Knowledge in MS Office.

Salary: Negotiable
