Additional Requirements:

• Age 30 to 50 years

• Minimum HSC / Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Height not less than 5.8 Feet

• 5–8 years of experience in security supervision, administration, or related field

• Proven leadership and team management capability

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and reporting ability

• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions

• High level of integrity and professionalism

• Strong organizational and coordination skills

• Knowledge of safety standards and emergency response procedures

Responsibilities & Context:

• Supervise, lead, and manage the entire security team and daily operations

• Develop, implement, and update security policies, protocols, and standard operating procedures

• Prepare duty rosters and ensure proper deployment of security personnel

• Ensure strict control over entry and exit management systems

• Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify and mitigate security risks

• Handle emergency situations effectively, including coordinating evacuation or response procedures

• Investigate incidents, security breaches, or complaints and prepare detailed reports

• Maintain close coordination with management and local law enforcement agencies when necessary

• Train, mentor, and evaluate security staff to ensure high performance and discipline

• Enforce organizational rules, regulations, and code of conduct

• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all security-related activities
