Responsibilities & Context:

• Always ensure the safety and security of the premises

• Conduct routine patrols of the facility, including indoor and outdoor areas

• Monitor and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles

• Verify identification and maintain visitor logs where required

• Prevent unauthorized access and take necessary action against security violations

• Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, alarms, or unusual situations

• Assist in crowd control during peak hours or special situations

• Safeguard organizational property and prevent theft, damage, or misuse

• Maintain proper records of daily activities, incidents, and observations

• Support administration in maintaining discipline and order within the premises
