Educational Requirements:
∎ 4-year Bachelor degree with Masters in any discipline with minimum 2nd class/equivalent/ CGPA 3.00 from any recognized university.
∎ Candidates with 3rd class/ division or GPA/CGPA below 3.0 in any public examination need not apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The applicant should –
∎ • Initiate different files activities of the section.
∎ • Keep records of file related to teachers, officers, staff and students.
∎ • Make communicate with faculties and students.
∎ • Receive and dispatch the official documents.
∎ • Complete Students Registration related activities.
∎ • Have skills for counseling the students about various important rules of the University.
∎ • Contact with departments and offices.
∎ • Have any other Works as assigned by the competent authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience: 2/ 3 years’ experience on university/ administrative arena will be preference.
∎ Age limit maximum 35 years
∎ Both male and female are allowed to apply
∎ Proficient in English and IT.
∎ Knowledge on office management.
Salary: Negotiable
