Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical / Electrical / IPE Engineering from any reputed university.
∎ Skills Required: 2D 3D design, AUTO CAD and Solid Works
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Cable production, Electric wire, Research and Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Electric Wire/Cable
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand the market, technologies and set new project accordingly.
∎ Make the project charter of the approval project.
∎ Develop and communicate business plan internally for new product proposal.
∎ Training to R&I, QM and Production team.
∎ Participate Electrician meetup and train them with the update technologies.
∎ Work with customers (via sales) to on product (Feature, Benefits & Solutions).
∎ Creating Upcoming Product Datasheet (Design & Drawing).
∎ Create or revise accurate, detailed CAD models, drawings, BOM, and other engineering documentation as required will be preferred.
∎ Generating and implementing the Innovation Idea.
∎ Research & test prototypes to maximize user satisfaction & performance.
∎ Collaboration with other sections engineering team, process team to develop & publish new product roadmap.
∎ Develop work process to collaborate with International Business Unit (IBU).
∎ Conduct root cause analysis and provide recommendation.
∎ Other duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Candidate must have good experience in AutoCAD, Solid works software and other designing software.
∎ Experience in cable/ wire/ brass industries will add advantage.
∎ Well disciplined Dedicated to work and team oriented.
