Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in any discipline from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare, organize & participate in meetings and take minutes (board meetings, sales conferences etc.) and give a summary report to the Honorable Vice- Chairman.
∎ Assisting arrangements of foreign trips/VISA processing, all types of official/ business correspondence related to the Vice-Chairman Secretariat.
∎ Remind all agenda's relating to any type of trip/visits, VIP guest arrival, meeting fixation/cancellation, document preparation/submission/delivery, mail communication to honorable Vice-Chairman.
∎ Attend incoming and outgoing queries, initiate action plan considering the business environment and follow-up.
∎ Convey Vice-Chairman's instructions to concerned officials timely and effectively.
∎ Ensure all correspondence and relevant materials are produced in timely and accurate manner for getting approval.
∎ Work as a Vice-Chairman's house manager to look after overall matter & requirements at house.
∎ Train all staff/security personnel in Vice-Chairman's house for proper functioning of all activities.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the Vice-Chairman as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Must have fluent in English & able to communicate with foreign delegates.
∎ Should be smart, sincere/trustworthy, and have a pleasant personality.
∎ Possess excellent computer skills (MS Office, e-mail, Internet usage).
