Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree with First class in Unani medicine from any recognized institution.
∎ A post-graduate degree/diploma (e.g., MD/ MS/ FRCS/ MRCOG/ DMRT/ DPM/ M.Phil/ etc) or their equivalent approved by the University Academic Council and Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting classes with update system as per prescribed rules of the university.
∎ Developing curricula and delivering course materials and syllabi.
∎ Conducting research, fieldwork, investigations, and writing up reports.
∎ Publishing research articles, delivering presentations in conferences/ seminars/workshops, and networking development in own field.
∎ Participating in various committees and Faculty/Department meeting of the University.
∎ Providing training and mentoring for junior/new lecturers of the Department/ Faculty.
∎ Reviewing the modern methods of teaching and learning, updating teaching materials and providing recommendations for further improvement of teaching and learning.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 55 years
∎ Only South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) countries citizens can apply.
∎ Age : Not more then 55 years
∎ At least 7 research articles published in refereed medical journals of which 3 in the last 7 years ( as the first author) and 2 in the Index Medicas.
∎ The appointment will be initially for 6 months and will be extended based on performance thereafter.
