Responsibilities & Context:
Monitoring & ensuring proper management of stock, so that there is no variation between physical stock with computer record
Proper storage & order of all the medicines according to the pharmacy management system
Customer Satisfaction should be the main focus
Good behavior with customers
Understanding customer needs, buying process clearly and completely
Maintain good liaison with all the suppliers and pharmaceutical companies
Maintain government regulations and government standards in the Pharma business
Regular sales and cash statement preparation
Keep the pharmacy always neat and clean
Any other responsibility as and when given by the management
