∎ Integration/ Immunoassay/ Clinical Chemistry will be added advantage
∎ Skills in Automation/Integration/Immunoassay/Clinical Chemistry will considered as added advantage
∎ Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
∎ Proactive & self-organized with enthusiasm and commitment towards establishing a long-term career
∎ Strong analytical skills

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Install different kinds of instruments (Hematology Analyzer, Clinical Chemistry
∎ Analyzer, Immunoassay instruments, Coagulation, POCT)
∎ Monitor analyzer performances; perform routine, periodical & preventive service & maintenance to ensure smooth operation of the instruments
∎ Provide training to customers regarding operations, daily maintenance, quality control & calibration etc.
∎ Attend customer calls virtually (24/7) & physically as required
∎ Build rapport with existing customers to generate references & visit possible new leads to generate sales demand
