Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ Masters (Major in Marketing, Management) or Diploma in EEE/ ME/ POWER.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales & Marketing of electrical products such as Substation equipment's (Transformer, HT & LT switchgear panel & Power factor Improvement plant), Distribution Boards, Diesel Generator, Automatic Voltage Stabilizer, On Line UPS & Solar Power System
∎ Planning and implementation of business and market strategy for assigned business/products.
∎ Establish market share of the relevant business in line with the organizational objectives.
∎ Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of marketing & sales efforts.
∎ Try to Full-fill target (Against achieve monthly target you will be awarded).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area: Sales & Marketing(preferable sector: Sub-Station, Transformers, , Bus-Bar Trunking System (BBT), Low voltage Switchgear , Automatic Voltage Stabilizer, Online UPS, Diesel & Gas Generator).
∎ Strong communication skills & hard working.
∎ Able to work under pressure.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Sales Commission, Two festival bonuses & Insurance
∎ As per company policy.
