Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc in Mechanical or in CSE/ Electrical Engineering / M.Sc in Bio Medical Engineering, Bio Technology, EEE, Electro Medical or equivalent disciplines/ Diploma in Medical Technology / Service Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Medical DevicesEquipment Sales Servicing.
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Machine installation & after sales service.
∎ Industrial equipment & machinery sales.
∎ Achieve sales targets & provide service solution after sales.
∎ Installation of all medical equipment and machineries.
∎ Diagnosing medical equipment problems.
∎ Adjust, maintain, repair, or provide technical support for biomedical equipment.
∎ Developing, testing and modifying hospital equipment and machineries.
∎ Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide support.
∎ Sells services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
∎ Help clients solve problems with installed equipment.
∎ Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
∎ Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
∎ Conduct all type of Engineering Assessment as per requirements.
∎ Training staff to use equipment safely.
∎ Liaise with specialized doctors for internal referral and ensure quality of services continuously as per their need.
∎ Communicate with the Medical Professionals.
∎ Exchange product information effectively to generate sales.
∎ Product Segment: Diagnostic laboratory instruments and reagents including Hematology Analyzer, Biochemistry Analyzer, Electrolyte Analyzer, ESR Analyzer, Coagulation Analyzer, Immunoassay Analyzer etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge and idea about various types of medical equipment and machineries.
∎ Knowledge of using manual / computer-controlled analyzers etc.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Empathetic and compassionate
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Office application suite.
∎ Able to make reports.
∎ Innovative quality, honest, energetic.
∎ Willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
