∎ We are looking for a Customer Support Agent (Technical) who will work directly with or talk to the people around the globe to sell our products or services.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates have to chat or talk to people around the globe to sell our products or services.
∎ Generate new sales to the different services offered.
∎ Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
∎ Empathies with every aspect of the customer experience, put their needs first
∎ Effectively resolve a high volume of customer enquiries in a considerate, accurate, and timely manner via phone, chat and email
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 16 to 25 years
Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)
∎ The basic salary is 10,000 along with 1000 conveyance and 1000 for transportation.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Performance bonus
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Evening Snacks will provided everyday.
