∎ Skills Required: English speaking, Fluent in English Communication both in Written and Spoken, Microsoft Office Applications, typing skill in English and Bangla
Job Context:
∎ Office Location: 13th Floor, 55, Azad Center, Purana Paltan - Dhaka 1000.
∎ Office Time: 12 PM- 8 PM
∎ We are a rapidly expanding software and digital goods business called Sharpcodeit LTD, and we are looking for a driven and capable Sales Representative to join our team. A strong background in software and digital goods sales and a track record of exceeding sales goals are requirements for the perfect candidate.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
∎ Build and maintain client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
∎ Generate new leads through various channels, such as cold calling, email marketing, Social media marketing and referrals.
∎ Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
∎ Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
∎ Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create campaigns and product messaging that resonate with customers.
∎ Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
∎ Maintained accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
∎ Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company and build a network of potential clients.
∎ Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through training and self-study.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 27 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
∎ This job is only open to applicants from Dhaka, who will be given preference.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)
∎ The basic salary is 10,000 along with 2000 for transportation.
Sales representatives who demonstrate exceptional performance are eligible for an extra commission.
