Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Communicate with people globally through chat or calls to sell our products.
∎ Generate new sales for our various services.
∎ Understand customer needs by asking questions and closing sales accordingly.
∎ Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email promptly and accurately. Utilize custom software tools to enhance work productivity.
∎ Since all our clients are international, proficiency in English is essential.
∎ Additionally, having a good knowledge of social media marketing is crucial.
∎ Basic English typing skills are required for communication.
∎ Basic computer skills including MS Word and other office applications are necessary for daily tasks.
