• Knowledge of hospitality/resort operations
• Sales experience (especially in hospitality or travel)
• Proficiency in CRM and booking software
• Customer-centric mindset

Core Responsibilities of a Resort Sales Executive:

Sales & Revenue Generation

• Promote and sell resort rooms, event spaces, packages

• Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.

• Upsell premium offerings to maximize revenue per booking.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients (corporate, wedding planners, travel agents).

• Handle inquiries, provide quotes, and follow up promptly.

• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.

Market Research & Strategy

• Identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends.

• Analyze competitor pricing and promotional strategies.

• Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies.

Event & Group Sales

• Coordinate with clients and internal departments for weddings, conferences, and group bookings.

• Prepare contracts, proposals, and banquet event orders (BEOs).

• Ensure all group and event details are accurately communicated and executed.

Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with marketing, front office, and F&B teams.

• Participate in daily/weekly sales meetings and provide sales forecasts.

• Reporting & Administration

• Maintain CRM systems and sales reports.

• Track conversion rates, sales pipeline, and customer feedback.
