Core Responsibilities of a Resort Sales Executive:
Sales & Revenue Generation
Promote and sell resort rooms, event spaces, packages
Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
Upsell premium offerings to maximize revenue per booking.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients (corporate, wedding planners, travel agents).
Handle inquiries, provide quotes, and follow up promptly.
Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
Market Research & Strategy
Identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends.
Analyze competitor pricing and promotional strategies.
Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies.
Event & Group Sales
Coordinate with clients and internal departments for weddings, conferences, and group bookings.
Prepare contracts, proposals, and banquet event orders (BEOs).
Ensure all group and event details are accurately communicated and executed.
Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with marketing, front office, and F&B teams.
Participate in daily/weekly sales meetings and provide sales forecasts.
Reporting & Administration
Maintain CRM systems and sales reports.
Track conversion rates, sales pipeline, and customer feedback.
