Responsibilities & Context:
Core Responsibilities of a Resort Sales Executive:
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Promote and sell resort rooms, event spaces, packages
- Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
- Upsell premium offerings to maximize revenue per booking.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients (corporate, wedding planners, travel agents).
- Handle inquiries, provide quotes, and follow up promptly.
- Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
Market Research & Strategy
- Identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends.
- Analyze competitor pricing and promotional strategies.
- Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies.
Event & Group Sales
- Coordinate with clients and internal departments for weddings, conferences, and group bookings.
- Prepare contracts, proposals, and banquet event orders (BEOs).
- Ensure all group and event details are accurately communicated and executed.
