About the Role

Tapout Fitness is seeking a dynamic, energetic, and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective members, guiding them through their fitness journey from initial inquiry to long-term membership. We are looking for someone with exceptional interpersonal skills, a passion for health and wellness, and a proven ability to turn conversations into lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

● Client Engagement & Tours: Welcome prospective members, conduct comprehensive facility tours, and effectively communicate the value of Tapout Fitness memberships, training programs, and amenities.

● Lead Conversion: Proactively follow up on incoming leads via phone, and social media channels, driving conversions to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

● Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, supportive relationships with current and prospective members to encourage renewals, upgrades, and referrals.

● Administrative Support: Maintain accurate daily records of sales pipelines, member inquiries, and follow-up activities using our internal tracking systems.

● Promotional Outreach: Collaborate with the marketing and floor teams to promote special events, workshops, and seasonal membership campaigns.

Requirements & Qualifications

● Gender: Male or Female (as per role requirements).

● Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.

● Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience in sales, customer service, or client relationship management—preferably within the fitness, hospitality, or wellness industry.

Skills:

○ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bengali.

○ Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities.

○ Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.

○ High energy, a professional demeanor, and a genuine passion for fitness and healthy living.
